Baked Tofu Nuggets
Baked tofu nuggets are deliciously crispy and healthy bites of protein that pair great with a sriracha mayo sauce. Make these in the oven or in an air fryer for easy clean up!

firm tofu

garlic powder

ground black pepper

onion powder

soy sauce

all-purpose flour

plant-based milk
(unsweetened)

panko
(more if necessary)
Dipping Sauce

tablespoon
sriracha
2
tablespoon
Kewpie mayo
Instructions
Prep tofu by pressing or freezing overnight.
Slice tofu into 1 inch cubes.
Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
Toss tofu in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and soy sauce. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Mix flour and plant-based milk in one bowl. It should make a slurry similar to a wet paste.
Pour panko breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
Dip each tofu block in the flour/milk mixture, and then roll in Panko to cover each side.
Place on a baking tray sprayed with oil to prevent sticking.
Bake tofu pieces for 15 minutes, remove from oven and flip each piece, and then bake for another 15 minutes.
Serve with dipping sauce.
