Silken Tofu with Spicy Soy Sauce

silken tofu
or soft tofu

tablespoon
soy sauce
1
tablespoon
sesame oil
2
teaspoon
rice vinegar
2
teaspoon
granulated sugar
or honey
1
tablespoon
chili crisp
3
stalks
scallions
1
tablespoon
toasted white sesame seeds
(optional)
Instructions
Remove silken tofu from package, drain, and place in a shallow bowl.
Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, chili sauce, sugar, and rice vinegar in a separate bowl. Add in the scallions last.
Pour over tofu. Sprinkle over toasted sesame seeds.
