Ingredients
½cupsliced strawberries
1tablespoonsugar(sub with ½ tablespoon honey)
1teaspoonmatcha powder
⅓cuphot water
½cupice
½cupdairy or plant-based milk
Instructions
Wash and de-stem strawberries. Slice into small pieces and place in a food processor. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Pulse lightly as you don't want the strawberries to become completely liquid.
Boil water and whisk matcha powder.
Add strawberry mixture into the bottom of a cup. Next, add ice, then your dairy or plant-based milk, and finally your matcha.
